The Call Analytics page displays call statistics, trends, and incident data on your TV devices. Visualize call volume, types, and response patterns.
Choose which charts appear on the display:

| Incident Map | Geographic view of incidents |
| Hour-Day Matrix | Heatmap of call patterns |

Control which units appear in analytics:
Exclude specific addresses from statistics (e.g., frequent false alarm locations).
Hide certain call types from the analytics display.
Exclude specific days from calculations.
Set the default data range:
