The Dashboard Home is your central hub for real-time station information. At a glance, you can see recent calls, messages, and the status of your LiveDash TV devices.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see the Message of the Day section:
Located in the top-right area, the Recent Calls card shows:
Each call entry shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Description | The type of emergency (e.g., "Medical Emergency") |
| Address | The incident location (clickable link to Google Maps) |
| Units | Responding units assigned to the call |
| Shift | Color-coded badge showing which shift |
| Time | When the call was received |
Click on the address to open Google Maps at that location.
Located in the lower area, the Last Shift Calls card shows:
Shows "No Calls" when there was no activity during the previous shift period.
If your agency uses LiveDash TV players, the dashboard shows the status of your devices:
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Online Status | Green indicator when device is connected |
| Station/House | Which station the device is located at |
| IP Address | Network address for troubleshooting |
| Last Seen | When the device last checked in |
This helps you quickly identify if any TV displays are offline or having connection issues.
All dashboard information updates automatically:
The notification bell in the top bar also shows call alerts:
