Forgot your password? Follow these steps to regain access to your account.
- Go to your LiveDash® login page at
https://[your-agency-name].livedash.io
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
Your new password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one number
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact your administrator if the issue persists
- Never share your password with others
- Use a unique password for your LiveDash® account
- Consider using a password manager
