To access LiveDash®, you'll need an invitation from your administrator. Registration is invitation-only to keep your agency's data secure.
Contact your LiveDash® administrator and provide them with:
They will send you an invitation email with a secure registration link.
Open the invitation email from LiveDash® and click the registration link
Verify your invitation - The page will show your assigned role and organization
Complete the registration form:

| First name | Required, 2-50 characters |
| Last name | Required, 2-50 characters |
| Title | Required, 2-100 characters (e.g., Firefighter, Paramedic, Captain) |
| Email address | Pre-filled from your invitation (cannot be changed) |
| Password | Required, minimum 5 characters |
| Confirm password | Required – must match your password |
Once you submit the form:
| Issue | What to Do |
|---|---|
| Link expired | Contact your administrator for a new invitation |
| Link not working | Make sure you're using the complete link from the email |
| Already registered | If you've already created an account, go directly to the login page |
