LiveDash Anywhere lets you view playlists from any device and receive emergency call notifications. Use it to stay connected even when you're away from the station.
LiveDash Anywhere extends LiveDash® to your personal devices:
- View playlists from your computer, tablet, or phone
- Receive call alerts as popup notifications
- Create personal playlists with your preferred content
- Share playlist links via bookmarkable URLs
This feature must be enabled by your agency administrator.
When enabled, you'll see a LiveDash Anywhere section in the sidebar:
- Log in to your LiveDash® dashboard
- Look for LiveDash Anywhere in the left sidebar
- Click My Playlists to manage your personal playlists
Create and manage personal playlists separate from the main agency playlists.
- Go to LiveDash Anywhere > My Playlists
- Click New Playlist
- Enter a playlist name and description
- Add pages to your playlist
- Arrange pages in your preferred order
- Click Create

Set which playlist loads automatically:
- Go to My Playlists
- Find your default playlist settings
- Select a playlist from the dropdown
- Toggle Auto-start playlist if desired
When auto-start is enabled:
- The playlist begins playing automatically when you visit the playlist page
- A bookmarkable URL is generated for quick access
Control how emergency calls appear while viewing playlists:
- On - Emergency calls interrupt your playlist
- Off - Continue viewing without interruption
When calls are shown, choose how long they display:
- 1-10 minutes (in 15-second increments)
- After the duration, the playlist resumes automatically
Create a direct link to your playlist view:
- Enable Auto-start playlist
- A URL appears showing your playlist link
- Copy to clipboard - Share or bookmark the link
- Open in new tab - Test the link immediately
This URL lets you access your playlist directly without navigating through the dashboard.
On your personal computer
- Keep a browser tab open with your playlist
- Receive call notifications while working
On a tablet
- Set up a tablet as a secondary display
- Auto-start your preferred playlist
At home or on the go
- Stay informed about calls even when off-duty
- Use the bookmarkable URL for quick access
LiveDash Anywhere is a premium feature:
- Must be enabled by your agency administrator
- Available to all user roles (Viewer, Editor, Administrator)
- Contact your administrator if you don't see the feature
