The Calendar Page displays upcoming events from your integrated calendar on TV devices. Show meetings, training sessions, and other scheduled activities.
- Log in to your LiveDash® dashboard
- Go to Administration > Page Configuration > Calendar
- Configure display settings for how events appear
Choose how far ahead to display events:
- 7 days (1 week)
- 14 days (2 weeks)
- 21 days (3 weeks)
- 31 days (1 month)
Control how many events appear:

Toggle which sections appear:
- Show Today Section - Events happening today
- Show Upcoming Section - Events in the future
- Show Ended Events - Include past events
Choose what information to display:
- Show Event Description - Include event details
- Show Event Location - Include event location
- Use 24-Hour Time - Toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour format
- Group Upcoming by Day - Organize events by date
- Card Style - Choose "expanded" or "compact" layout
The Calendar Page appears in Available Pages when calendar data exists:
- Go to Administration > LiveDash TV > Playlists
- Create or edit a playlist
- Click the Calendar chip
- Set duration (recommended: 30-45 seconds)
- Save and deploy
For the Calendar Page to work:
- Calendar integration must be configured in Agency Settings
- Events must be synced from your calendar source
- At least one upcoming event must exist
- Duration - Allow 30-45 seconds for viewers to scan events
- Limits - Set event limits if you have many events to prevent crowding
- Compact mode - Use for stations with limited screen space
