Sync personnel roster from Aladtec to display shift assignments on your LiveDash® dashboard and TV devices.
Before setting up the integration, you need:
- An Aladtec account with roster/scheduling access
- Administrator access to LiveDash®
- Log in to your LiveDash® dashboard
- Go to Administration > Agency > Integrations
- Find Aladtec in the integrations list
- Click Configure
- Choose LiveDash Roster as the integration type
- Follow the authorization steps to connect your Aladtec account
- Select which schedules to sync
- Click Save
Once connected, roster information appears in:
- Roster Page on TV devices (if added to playlist)
- Dashboard roster widgets
