Use the provided username and password to log in for the first time. You'll be automatically directed to the onboarding wizard to complete your initial setup.
Upon first login, you'll be guided through the LiveDash® Onboarding Wizard – a step-by-step setup process designed to get your agency configured quickly. The wizard includes 5 steps, 4 of which are required before you can access the full dashboard.
Set up your agency's core information:
This information will be used throughout the LiveDash® system and in communications.
Upload your agency's visual identity:
Your branding will appear across the platform, including displays, reports, and public-facing interfaces.
Add your station locations:
Stations are essential for organizing personnel, equipment, and operations across your department.
Configure your department's shift schedule:
Proper shift configuration ensures accurate staffing information and scheduling capabilities.
Connect LiveDash® with external services:
While optional, integrations can significantly enhance LiveDash® functionality and automate data synchronization.

Once all required steps are complete, click "Complete Setup & Get Started" to finish onboarding and access your full LiveDash® dashboard.
