Your LiveDash® dashboard is organized into several main sections accessible from the navigation menu:

- Dashboard - Your home view with real-time information and quick access
- Personnel - Manage staff, shifts, and availability
- Fleet - Track vehicles and equipment
- Stations - Manage station/house locations and settings
- Displays - Configure station screens and public displays
- Messaging - Internal communications and notifications
- Integrations - Connect and manage external services
- Reports - Analytics and reporting tools
- Settings - Agency configuration and preferences
Your dashboard displays live information including:
- Current on-duty personnel
- Active incidents and calls
- Vehicle/equipment status
- Weather conditions
- Station activity
Access frequently used functions directly from the dashboard:
- View current shift roster
- Send messages and notifications
- Check equipment status
- Update availability
The notification bell in the top-right corner alerts you to:
- New messages
- System updates
- Call notifications
- Personnel changes
Click the bell icon to view and manage your notifications.
Your account menu (top-right corner) provides access to:
- User profile settings
- Password changes
- Preferences
- Logout
- Use the left sidebar to access main sections
- The search function (if available) helps find specific items quickly
- Breadcrumbs at the top show your current location
- Most pages have action buttons in the top-right for common tasks
Many dashboard components can be customized:
- Rearrange display widgets (if enabled)
- Set preferred default views
- Configure notification preferences
- Adjust display settings
